The Aggie Mole bar is a Mexican-inspired bar used to create a savory sauce that has chocolate in it. The mole bar can be put in a crockpot with a protein of your choice, chicken stock, and some other additions such as peanut butter or tomatoes. Some Aggies eat some of the bar itself or melt the sauce and eat it with nachos or bread.
Instructions:
1. Add to a crockpot on high heat: 2 cups of chicken stock, mole bar, and other additions.
2. Let it heat up until the bar has melted, and blend with an immersion blender. If no immersion blender, heat up chicken stock and other additions in a separate pot, then emulsify in a blender. Otherwise, let the bar melt and mix it thoroughly.
3. Once you have your sauce, add 1 lb of chicken (or other protein) to the crockpot until cooked, then shred it or leave the pieces as-is.
4. Pour the sauce and chicken on a plate with rice and enjoy.
